Let's face it- the cost of club has gotten very expensive and is pricing out many families who can no longer afford to play.  Most clubs in South Carolina are charging over $3,000 for club dues alone and when you add the cost of uniform, mandatory gear packages, and traveling to big tournaments for a 6-7 month season- the total cost of club ends up easily being over $10,000 for the season.  This high cost has become unattainable for many families.

 

Our club isn't about making profits for their directors.  We don't run our club as a business looking to maximize profit.   We charge just enough to pay for gyms, equipment, and pay our coaches well for their time while coaching.  We want to provide a chance for any player to play club volleyball and improve their skills without going into debt to do so. 

 

There are many club choices out there for families to choose from.  If you are looking for quality training while playing in competitive tournaments in the state of SC where you can drive there and back in the same day...... then our club may be the one for you and your daughter.  If you want the big club experience where you  drive 8 hours to other states for 3 day tournaments where you have to miss school and work..... then we may not be what you are looking for.

Our cost is for the whole 5 month season.  Cost will be broken down where you can clearly see how much the coach is being paid, how much each tournament will cost per player, etc.

There are some additional costs that are not covered in the price above:

USAV membership- up to $60 for the season for U12 and up.  Less for U11-12 and free for 8s and 9s.

Jerseys and other Gear- up to $120 but can be reduced with players getting sponsorships

Travel- Tournaments are sometimes in town and sometimes a few hours away.  You need to think about gas for getting there and back.   We are playing in tournaments that allow you to drive home each day but if you would rather stay in a hotel then you need to consider that cost.  

Spectator Admission- the 1 day tournaments are usually $10/adult for the day.  2 day tournaments can be more.  This price is set by the tournament host.
